1. All electronic and mail-orders are filled and shipped within 5 days of processing your payment.

2. Be sure to include your e-mail address on your electronic or mail-in order form so that we may inform you when your order has shipped and/or if there are any problems.

3. Refund Policy
(a) Products are checked for defects before shipping. If you receive a product that has a defect it will be replaced free of charge one time only. First, notify us by e-mail that you want to return the product and why. Do not return product before making contact with us.
(b) If for some reason you have not received a shipped product, contact us by e-mail, we will make an attempt to track your order and find it. If we are unable to locate your shipped order, we will re-ship the product.

4. Other than the replacement of a product as listed above, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and not subject to refund.

5. Privacy Policy
All personal information received will only be used for payment and shipping purposes. Your information will not be shared with any third party. If using PayPal to complete a credit card or PayPal transaction, please refer to their privacy policy as well.
